Russell Kane Takes 'Let's Dance' By Storm

Attracting millions of viewers and hundreds of thousands of pounds for charity, ‘Let’s Dance’ has got to be one of the funniest parts of Comic Relief, and this year looks like no exception.

Comedian Russell Kane took to the stage on Saturday night, alongside interior designers Colin and Justin, Rebecca Front, Ed Bryne, Phillip Martin Brown and Rebecca Ryan from Waterloo Road and Katie Price.
Russell won the heat outright with his sassy version of Beyoncé Knowles’s ‘Crazy in Love’; the Guardian blog reported ‘Kane played it utterly seriously, down to the pouts and pelvic thrusts, and the routine was all the better for it. His five rivals might as well have given up and gone home’.
The judges voted Katie Price’s hilarious ‘I Want To Break Free’ second place, and Russell closed the show by doing his performance for a second time. Katie later tweeted that she’s ‘jealous of his legs’. The pair will appear in the final on Saturday March 12th; make sure you tune in!
